  • NZ Nationwide targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RD addresses. -  - We Use Courier Post . We use an Overnight service however delays can occur so please contact us if you do not have your order within 3 days 
  • NZ RD delivery takes an extra day for delivery so please allow 2days-  $7.99
We do our best to get the majority of orders dispatched within the same day if placed before 10am however if we have a new product release or launch we can get a backlog and it may take 1 whole business day before dispatch 

Once picked up the service is overnight.Unless you are rural. This can delay the standard service.
Our service is signature required and if you are not home when delivery occurs a card will be left for you to arrange re delivery. 
If you provide us with an Authority to leave we cannot take any responsibility for missing packages or Stolen Products from your address. 

Please note: While every intention is made to ensure your orders are shipped the same day as placement we are only in the office between the hours of 9-4pm. 
Should there be any promotional sales & discounts this can increase our daily order flow and an extra day for processing will be required. 

When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number with all the information.
Please visit or for tracking information & any issues with delayed deliveries.
If your delivery is delayed or has not arrived please contact us and we can lodge a request with Courier Post.

If your item is picked up on a Friday afternoon it will be delivered Monday as there is no guaranteed weekend service available at this point. (Some drivers will deliver on a Saturday but we have no control over this) -

Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods etc that this is taken into consideration. 
Our offices are closed all stat days and courier deliveries and pick ups are not in work on these days either so please make sure you are aware of this if ordering for dates around Xmas , Easter & new year etc.

Please note we are closed every year on the 30th Dec at lunchtime and also on the 31st. If these days fall on a weekday then please note we will not be shipping orders after Lunch on the 30th and all day on the 31st. 

 Things such as weather, processing issues or large influx's of packages being processed through the system at times such as Christmas can cause hiccups/delays with packages. Please ensure you allow at least 2 days before you need the item. 

Because of this we advise that should you need something for an event on the weekend to be on the safe side please ensure you order before WEDNESDAY 1pm .

Standard Shipping to Australia takes an estimated 5-10 days.( Some times sooner! )  Is fully traceable and you will be given the tracking information once order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to show in the system

This is a tracked service and allows us to get goods to you fast and securely.
Most Locations take 3-4 Business Days for express service & 5-10 for Standard. 
Sometimes there can be delays with the local customs agents in your country. This is beyond our control.

All Import duties & taxes are at the cost of the buyer. So please make sure you are aware of your specific country import requirements/standards.
Every country has different rates so it is impossible for us to provide a guideline for this so please ensure you are aware of the costs involved. 

Failure to collect your parcel will result in it being sent back to us.
Should you fail to collect your parcel from your local depot if you are left a card to call this will be returned to us. This is for NZ & International customers.
This will mean that the parcel will need to be re dispatched. The costs for this are at the buyers expense. We provide subsidized shipping fees on your first order however in the instance it has come back to us we cannot absorb these fees again.
Please email us to discuss the costs for the re shipment. 

We take no responsibility for damaged items in the post.
Please do however notify us if anything arrives broken and we can do our best to get it sorted for you. Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. You can however track your items and take any issues up with the courier company directly or email us and we can assist to the best of our ability.
