Returns Information

We want to make sure you LOVE your purchases as much as we loved getting them here for you. Should an item be faulty upon your receipt we will gladly exchange or refund the item.

At Soleil & Soul we offer a store credit or exchange on your purchase should the size not be correct, unless the item is a sale item.
If something is faulty we will however offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act
Tanning products that have been opened and used cannot be returned. This includes tanning mitts and removers. Due to hygiene reasons.

SALE ITEMS cannot be sent back for an exchange unless deemed to be faulty where a full refund will be processed
Sale items include , Promo Stock , Clearance items and one off Flash Sale items.

Items being sent back must be as follows
-       Completely unworn
-       Tags still attached and in original condition
-       Original Packaging

Anything sent back to us that does not follow the above will be returned to the sender

Any items sent back for exchange will be at the customer’s expense unless it is faulty and the postage for this will be covered by Soleil & Soul



Return Address - Please use a courier option for sending back as NZ Post does not deliver to us and it will bounce back.

Any sale, discounted or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on makeup products including but not limited to: Nail Polish, Tanning Products ,Lipsticks, Eye Shadows, Glitters, Gloss, and Mascara. Unless where the item is deemed faulty.
